Star quality - Lita Roza

During 1996, Lita visited Pinchbeck and brought along personal items from her show business career. Her 'Best Female Singer' certificates are on display along with her show posters, photos and scrapbooks detailing every aspect of her singing career as reported in the popular and music press during the 50's and 60's.

These items form a display for everyone to see and enjoy at the Burtey Fen Collection - which honours and remembers Lita's achievements as a star entertainer. On behalf of everyone who has enjoyed the display - Thankyou Lita for your generosity.

Mark interviewed Lita about her fabulous career, which is featured in the April 2004 issue of 'Best of British' magazine, including many photos past and present.
